It will probably happen in time but it cannot be an artificial inclusion. IE refs in the EPL don’t get a second thought, they are just a lino but they had the same training and have to be the same quality as the men as well as they can ref the game if needed. Some of the men are dogs*** I know but you get my point. No issue at all but it has to be meritocratic to be a manager, not cos she got tits.
