The story here is how Lefty civil servants are manipulating facts to get rid of Tory ministers.

They contacted The Guardian and said they would resign en masse if he stayed.

Say no more.

What is the betting that they are Remainers.

Never mind Dominic. there is bound to be a slot for a nasty piece of work like you at GB News, or you could exercise your skills at the CBI.

He won't be claiming benefits anytime soon. What with this wonderful gig economy' where people can choose their hours on minimum wage, he'd be a shoe-in for some factory work.

I disengage, I turn the page.

This was a malicious, spiteful and targeted campaign by leftie civil servants and journalists aimed at removing a decent bloke from his job simply because he pushed staff hard to do a proper job.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

It must be hard to hear those nasty people on GB News telling you that nasty truth.

Go and do some mindfulness to calm down.

Personally, I think they let too many Labour cronies on there.

This. 100%. And more proof that Sunak, by not standing up on this issue, is merely a placeholder.

Just read the Raab report

What a bunch of pussies these civil servants are.
In the real world that is how Boss/worker relationships work.

Do as you are told and get on with it. If you get it wrong you
are called out by the Boss.

The civil service has bungled along at its own turgid pace for years and every time a Minister (from any party) gets tough with them flounces and hissy fits abound.

I have three good friends all of whom were in the Civil service at differing levels all of whom have told me of the totally slack modus opperandi of their various ministeries
