and me, i am drinking coffee from my ZDS trophy mug, a great day, highlighted by a sulking Neville Southall who wouldn't take his LOSERS medal also remember the tank outside the pub at Victoria, as was the same on FA cup final day
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |

I’ve been meaning to dig out my photos of the day, in the times when I actually had to take a camera to take photos it was a great day, after what happened the year before, that team was determined not to lose, Everton didn’t know what hit them….literally in Martin Keowns case

32 years ago today OMG…was it really?! Crazy, what a day, I seem to remember our boys had another good battle with Keown that day and I was so pleased we managed to come out on top. Terrific memories. Edited by Phil’s Barber (07 Apr 2023 11.09am)

The game that got me supporting Palace. Seen it on the TV and that was that. I can safely say I was the only Palace supporter in my area growing up in Dublin.
