I can't find one

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

This was Osbornes idea and I think looking at the records it is quite accurate more on growth than borrowing which is always more.

I mean wars, crises of various sort crop up regularly and that would be beyond their scope.

Also long-term forecasting 7-10 years I never take them seriously it could b a different world by then.

The OBR compares favourably with our strikers, that's for sure.

The OBR forecast only last November the economy would be in recession and it is not as an example.

Osborne was a weasel

Read this book. It will change your entire outlook...

And whilst the wider take is on the actual 'Black Swan' events the book describes, the critique it also contains about the world of forecasting, and economics in particular is an eye-opener.

"The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command." - 1984 - George Orwell.
