Look at the teams we are playing against , the money they have spent, the players they have to choose from in their squad.

Yes our stars are not good - no win this year - no shots on target in 3 games - but look at the scores 1-1 against team in 3rd ,1-0 against team in 2nd - we are not a top ten financial club so why do you idiots think we can compete & easily say sack the Manager - grow up & jog on

It’s not about who replaces him, it’s about him and his team selection, tactics, and ability to see in game requirements. His are very limited. Players at his disposal are better than the sum of present results.
Sadly opinion on here looks to be against yours but then that’s the Beauty of opinions.

When Managers don't get results, they get the sack. It's not personal - like you seem to be making it. It's simply the business of football. I would have thought anyone who has followed football whatsoever could see that's how it tends to work.
An honest answer to replacement manager would be - I don't know but the club should. It's not really up to fans to find the replacement as far as I know.
I guess an obvious change of style in order to score would be to go direct or pass forward. Press, make runs, shoot. The basics of attacking really. I'm finding it quite hard to recollect what attacking looks like.
As for our players. The way we are currently I'd play Zaha on the left, Edouard in the middle (or Mateta or Ayew) and Olise on the right. I would ask Zaha and Olise to interchange to keep the opposition on their toes. But that's just me - each to their own.
