Hi,can anybody advise me on how a friend of mine can find an outlet to sell a virtually complete set of home programs from 1969.

Most Palace programmes don't have much particular value. The oldest ones might as a lot or in pairs of fours but not that much still. Big games like cup finals etc might too. Still unless you can be bothered to separate, then someone's going to maybe offer 20-50 quid for them all. Maybe a bit more if there's definite potential.
