The latest part of the Manchester Arena atrocity report has been issued. The usual cry of ‘lessons will be learned‘ has gone up. The lesson to be learnt is to not rely on the security services, police service and emergency services to actually protect the public and carry out their jobs in some way resembling competence.

The report says that MI5 missed a significant chance to take action that might have prevented the attack. Too busy monitoring Christians silently praying in the street, intimidating a schoolkid for scuffing a book and looking for non-existent far-right threats in every nook and cranny.

Meanwhile the home from home of the bombers, Didsbury Mosque, is still allowed to carry on, where who knows who else is being nurtured there. John Cooper KC, who represents some of the bereaved families, previously told the inquiry that the mosque had "failed to confront extremism in the run up to 2017" and "continues to do so to this day". He said the centre had "turned a blind eye" to extremist and violent views amongst parts of its congregation and "adopted a passive attitude" towards the dangers of radicalisation.

Is anyone really shocked that authorities didn't come down harder on extremism because it might be seen as racist?

The disease of political correctness is far more dangerous than COVID. Especially if you are a White male hetrosexual.

In this instance, innocent men, women and children died because our security forces have become weak because of woke.

Damn those far-right nutters.

Nutters saying radical things like monogamy & the nuclear family is a good thing.

we are seeing now in Liverpool & Dublin just what happens when PC weak government is in charge. Ignore grooming gangs and get an angry mob. There seems to be an anger in the air.

The Manchester Arena is another piece of the puzzle.

There defintiey seems to be a mood change taking place. And as to this report, then I suspect it is not even scratching the surface of what really happened.

What has happened to Libya over the last 15 years is simply beyond belief and yet it seems to be literally skipped over by both sides of the mainstream political divide. The West literally spoon fed Gaddaffi into coming back into the fold, and persuaded him to deposit Libya's MASSIVE sovereign wealth fund into a couple of merchant banks (George Galloways 'The killings of Tony Blair' is one of the most mouth dropping documentaries I have ever watched when it comes to this stuff) before effectively destroying the country and allowing it to become a hotbed of slavery and people smuggling.

With the bombing of those poor poor souls in Manchester a direct consequence of that. A lot of people have blood on their hands over this and I hope are hanging their heads in shame.

All terrorist attacks are horrendous but this one seems to have haunted me the most and if there was a single person I would love to be able to bring back to life before watching the piece of s*** being kicked to death again, it is the scumbag who carried this out.

Every Town & City in the UK would burn if the Authorities were to ever seriously take on Islamic extremism, no one in charge wants that smoke.

Much easier to appease Islam & to ignore 12yr old white girls being raped on an industrial scale & to go after the 'far right' as no one will raze a town for them.

I would think not. The bad press that Islam gets could be smoothed over as I doubt; and have stated that a majority of Muslims would not agree with how the grooming gangs operated. The problem actually lies within its own culture. The minority as with many of the countries issues are the loudest and need to be shut the f*** up. It takes a brave man to stand up but also needs a blind eye to be turned to some degree. You are though correct that the right are an easy target but in no way present any thing like the greatest threat.

Fine statement by Caroline Curry, the mother of one of the victims of the atrocity.

The grooming scandals are merely the froth on what is effectively a deeply embedded criminal group operating within the wider British Politik. The links between Labour politicians and many of those convicted of these crimes is eye-watering but the real wider damage to British society is the financial criminality around heroin importation allied with carousel fraud. And our friends up in Scotland are just as impacted, with the same group, linked through tribal and clan loyalties, fully involved in their politics as well.

Please don't think I am decrying what happened to the victims of the grooming game but the societal damage goes far far deeper than why they went through.

Nothing has changed in terms of the bizarre way in which Islam is treated compared to other religions.

Just this week week we had the mother of an autistic child going to a mosque to try and stop her autistic child getting death threats for something that led to a slightly scuffed book.

As has been said many times, had it been a Bible nothing would have happened.

Does anyone know what sentence was handed down to the muslims who drove through London shouting death to Jews type slogans a while back. There was a procession of vehicles with flags, many had drive down from the North.

I would be interested to know if any prosecutions happened

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

the cops don't seem to like Christian preachers on the street.

Especially if those christians have some traditional opinions on 'relationships'.

Regarding the Manchester Arena bombing, 23 dead 1,017 injured.

Do you ever get the feeling the mass Media wish to 'memory-hole' all these atrocities on European Soil ?

who is more famous, Stephen Lawrence or the bloke who drove the Truck down the Boulevard des Anglais in Nice ? Can you name one victim of 7/7 ? on our doorstep and surely not given the coverage it deserves ?
