We are flying at the Arse 1-3 at HT.

New boys Franco Umeh (2) and Dylan Reid prominent in the 3rd goal.

Just for a change a Palace side scores in added on time.

They look very good and this is a top side at home.

COYP.

3-1 palace great performance and 2nd in league

“This is a crisis, a large crisis.... in fact if you have a moment, it’s a 12 storey crisis, magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24 hour portage , and an enormous sign on the roof saying “This , is a large crisis” - Edmund Blackadder

Lovely.

Have to admit I've not been a great supporter of our academy/youth teams however I do both enjoy and therefore appreciate the updates posted on here.

Really you can watch most of the games on Palace TV, a month pass is only £3.99.

The U18s and U21s are both in their respective Premier Leagues and doing really well.

Arteta look out!

I pay the annual rate which is £29. Well worth the money, although quite a few of the games are during weekdays so if you are working you may not be around to watch some of the matches.

You will also be able to make educated comments about the merits of our various academy players rather than the "let's give the kids a chance" comments you regularly gets spouted by folk who have never watched an academy game. I usually respond to such a comment by replying " so which particular youngsters would you put into the senior side?" ... a deathly silence usually follows.

The games are generally entertaining and of a high standard, and you will see more Palace goals than you do at senior level!!!

This was an encounter when Palace were aggressive and dominated, where we pressed and doubled back.

For 18 the standard is exceptional, and we are talking about Arsenal on their own turf.

The new lad Dylan Reid got into the game and looks a real prospect.

Yeah Reid looked aggressive in a Peter Reid way. Hope he's half as good. Was this Arsenal's strongest team though? It said there were six changes from the team competing in late stages of Youth cup
