Could we start a dead thread?

25% of general talk these days is about dead people (I checked) It's a litlle depressing could we not start an independant thread for this?

You sound like my dad. When we were kids we'd all be watching TV and the only thing my father would say was when an actor appeared

"He's dead" "She's just died" "None of them are alive" "He's on his last legs" etc.

But to answer your point I think some famous people do deserve their own thread and a few moments of our time.

You can start a thread yourself, you know. You don't have to ask permission.

Not depressing at all!

At my age, I find it very encouraging to see who, around my age group, has 'gone before' whilst I linger on...
