1, you back PV in the market spend as much as you can afford on buying or loaning players, with the knowledge that if it dosent improve you are well and truly stuffed, Or
2, You decide that whether the club has enough good players to get by until the end of the season, with a couple of cheap loans and sack PV and install Dyche, or someone experienced with a short term bonus related appointment-
Then reassess at the end of the season-

I go for 2

I honestly don't see Dyche wanting to touch the group of players we have or the club generally at the moment.

Don’t agree with both options - we are in a s*** period of crap performances.Yet mid table along with some other clubs doing crap.

We will get a couple of loans I am sure

We will very likely lose Wilf

But we need PV throwing yet another coach is damn right bat s*** crazy right now

Forever Palace Proud

People keep saying Dyche who I don't see coming to Palace also he doesn't strike me as a person who long term would get on with Parish a bit like Pullis who had falling out due to lack of £

Option 3

a few loans 2 are allowed in England and others from abroad for this window.

If things continue to be bad towards the end of the season get some one else in and give them the summer window with backing and 1-2 seasons.

The issue is who would replace PV?

If PV had better staff around him and not an obese assistant who is useless hes a low league guy I could see him doing a better job.

Option 3: Parish stops the players in the car park just as they are about to depart in their top of the range Mercs and give them one hell of a bollocking. With a bemused looking Patrick Vieira by his side for good measure.

Has to be 2.
The idea of Mr Parish backing a manager in a transfer window, completely laughable.

Option 1

There are no guarentees that option 2 would work anymore than option 1 so Im sticking with the long term plan (squad renovation ) that was never going to be completed in just 2 years

Seems like a common theme, miss out on signings, need to improve in the new year.

Always playing catch up and getting done over in the market.

Parish gambles, he always offing gambles. Let's see how we get on, then if need be, fix it... it's a short term way of looking at things.

Said this before, parish has got to go. We need owners that understand how to run. a football club. I know there are few and far between, but he's the wrong bloke... never warmed to him, appreciated what he did but his vision isn't right for the club.

The board let the manager down in the last transfer window. We should have replaced 4, we replaced one. Come next summer 7 or 8 need replacing whoever is the manager.

It should be one and buy at least 3 players to make up for the summer window’s inadequacies.

More likely to be 2. Vieira gets the blame, not SP and the yanks.

Option 3. The owners won’t invest. Get relegated and start from scratch. Looks the only feasible option.

Option 1 isn’t going to happen and option 2 leaves us with the same inherent problem.
An imbalanced squad with too many players not good enough.
