If anyone on here participates in this, I would like some help please.
I entered during COVID and have not won anything to date. However yesterday I received an email at half-time stating I had won a prize. I logged in as advised and opened the prizes section of my account. This said there was no prize to be collected!,
There is no phone number to call so have sent an email to company.
Has anyone else had a similar issue?
