This is good news. With the national decline of pubs it's good to see this opening again. Not just from a Palace point of view but the local community as well.

 

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Agree with the local pubs sentiment, but I always hated the sailor.

Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.
