On the bench, W.Ham have 3 attack-minded players in Antonio,Fornals and Lanzini.
On our bench we have 2 goalkeepers, only 2 attack-minded players in Mateta and Ebiowei (Who has hardly played) and 3 players in their 30s.

Great to see Cheikh back in the team, also interesting to see Clyne back. Personally I think he was playing really well before his injury and has a bit more pace than Ward. Looking forward to the game, I just hope we don't get outmuscled in midfield.

The way we submit away from home a draw will be an excellent result.

If we turn-up in 'Everton' mode we have little chance.

Time for Zaha to showcase his talents to the onlooking potential buyers.

Man and boy Palace since my first game in 1948 sitting on my dad's shoulders

Looks like same old tactics from PV.

This is the type of game you want two defensive CM.

Come next transfer window if I was one of those players on the bench I would be requesting to leave the club some players are not even getting a proper chance.

I imagine it'll be Zaha up top... which I'm quite happy with as he's been more effective centrally than out wide recently. An interesting battle with Dawson awaits.

Hopefully we can be a little more solid today than recent away performances and use the ball wisely when we have it.

I shall be 'Tickled pink' with a draw but I fear the worst.

I'd be surprised if we don't concede from a set piece or cross today.
West Ham are physical and strong in the air which makes it odd that Ward isn't starting as he does compete well in the air.
We are placing a heavy reliance on our two centre backs and also hopefully the avoidance of conceding set pieces.

We have mainly attack minded players in our starting midfield. Shame one of those isn’t on the bench with Hughes in the middle alongside our one non attacking midfielder?

I have been disappointed with Hughes.
Somewhat one-paced and not the most mobile.

I'm looking at how the BBC has the team formation lined up, with Schlupp and Ayew on the right, Eze and Olise on the left, and I 'm thinking that surely this is a mistake? Mitchell will have a busy day.

Exciting attacking line up. I just hope Doucoure is ok ‘on his own’ in mid-field. I long to see Hughes given a chance to work alongside him to provide that solid central nucleus but I appreciate you can’t have everything.

Come on Palace!!!

The beatings will stop when morale improves.
