This is such an awful case. 15.yo tortured to death by psychopathic mother and partner. May he rest in peace. Further to their conviction and 39 year sentences the UK taxpayer will pay something approaching £4,000,000 to incarcerate these two. How can that be right and fair? Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

The poor lad was murdered in the UK. Not in Poland. Hence the couple will be imprisoned here. Should they be deported if they make it to the end of their sentences? Then yes, very much so. As should all foreign nationals who commit crimes here. But we punish them. This is not on Poland.

I am saying we should pay the Poles to keep them in prison for 39 years which I am confident would be cheaper and harder time. And we should reciprocate with any country that agrees to same. I would guess there are far fewer British in Polish jails than Polish in British jails. My preference would be a meeting with a trap door but that's another debate. How did you arrive at let them off from my post? Edited by HKOwen (04 Nov 2022 7.48am) Edited by HKOwen (04 Nov 2022 7.49am)

Far better to bang them up here where you know they aren't going anywhere anytime soon and where - with luck - their prison "colleagues" will dish out the appropriate form of justice that they deserve.

Should be one and as many as we can negotiate with other countries so we can reduce the number of foreign prisoners and reduce the inmate population

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |
