Good result last night leaving me to believe an away win is very much possible.

its at Everton, so a draw would be another good point, thank you very much.

If we set up and play so poorly as against Leicester then there is only one result. However, if we play our 'home formation' and press and attack as against Wolves we should be convincing winners. The manager's 'away mentality' is dragging us down and that's a worry.

After the drama of last season, I can see PV wanting the win even more 0-2 palace win.

I think Everton will be 2-0 up at half time, and we will score 3 in the second half to win 3-2, and then the Everton fans will invade the pitch, and someone will lay out Lampard with an upper cut.
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |

Everton will have had one day less to prepare for the game ( as they played last night) if they are struggling in the league / facing challenges keeping their best players ready, rested & available that extra day may prove significant -

In the absence of Doucoure (who IMHO has done very well for someone new to the PL), what will PV do re a DM? Luka is the obvious choice or possibly Riedewald. Either way our midfield will be very weak defensively. Would love us to stuff them after last season's antics. However, I fear a narrow defeat could be on the cards and will be more than happy if we come away with a point. The optimist in me says 1-1.
