Excellent 3 points against Leeds and a 1-0 win away to Leicester would be very welcome, next up.

I think Leicester do still have some quality, especially Maddison who is on top form, therefore still pose a threat on goal. Once again however I do believe that we are the better side and hopefully maturing so will secure a win which whilst marginal is full deserved. I don't believe I've ever predicted us to win two on the bounce, winning one on the bounce if far too optimistic for me occasionally. I fear a knock on the door post expression of this enthusiasm!
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

I was going to predict a Palace win but all this talk of "wins on the bounce" has got me jittery and as such will be predicting a 2:2 draw.

The last time I went to see us at Leicester, their manager was sacked the following day (1-4 with goals from Batshuayi, Zaha with 2 and a Luka penalty). Will history repeat itself, with Rodgers departing on Sunday? I'm hopeful we will get the win in this game after a recent run of poor results against them. Score? As long as we score more than them, I don't mind.

Looks like a draw.

I sincerely hope PV and the team have learned and digested from the inept defensive performance for much of Sunday. If so I'm hopeful for a good day at Leicester. EH

Without a couple of key players we looked good against Lids (after the first 20 mins or so) and with them hopefully back I can see a 1-1 or with a bit of luck - 1-2.
Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |

A win, a 2 goal lead and we will score more as they chase the game. They can't handle Eze or Olise, never mind Wilf. Plenty of free kicks for us and Olise could well gat 2/3 assists

We should win. But Palace and should do not go well together.

An unspectacular 1-1 draw, but respect the point as Fat Sam used to say. Edouard will score the goal as he continues his battle with Haaland for the golden boot Edited by monkey (11 Oct 2022 5.33pm)
