The academy is very strong and West Ham are also pretty strong in that department. I watched the highlights to this game and I was impressed with the West Ham keeper, they have a talent there. But we are loaded with talent at all up and coming levels. It's just a matter of our coaching guys judging correctly on who is going to break through and at what level.
