So now they bring it in. Everton would have had to ban at least 5000 fans for a year!!!!!

This is a non-story. Clubs have always had the right to ban whomsoever they choose, and there's nothing whatsoever to stop Everton banning people for having invaded the pitch against CPFC.

Fact. Point being however they chose not to. Expected nothing less from scousers. Absolutely they chose not to. That's my point - they didn't need this spurious "agreement between clubs" in order to take action and they still don't need it. I suspect this "story" is to show that action is being taken whereas, in fact, the PL itself has glossed over the events at Goodison Park.

Funny how sensationalist the press/police have made the numbers. From memory, Brighton’s numbers increased 100% which looks terrible until you find the number arrested comes to 24. They get 30,000 ever game I.e. 570,000 a season. 24 therefore represents 4/1000ths of one percent. Miles more trouble every week in pubs and clubs and 200 arrests at this year’s Notting Hill Carnival where the old bill will be a tad more tolerant!
