NFC Tickets

Hi, I have two season tickets. At the start of the season they appeared in my android wallet as QR codes, however, now both appear as NFC only tickets. These worked for Brentford midweek all fine. I can't attend this Sunday unfortunately and want to give my tickets to some mates, but are unsure how to go about this, as you can't just screenshot and send. Any ideas much appreciated.

The QR codes appear a few hours before kick off, no idea why but has done so far for me

Previous to this week I always had a QR code with my digital ticket, yesterday it updated to remove the QR code. Is anyone certain this will be reappearing before KO, as I was planning on giving the ticket to my brother this week?

Had a similar notice for the last game but the QR code appeared around midday for the Brentford game. Hopefully the same happens again.

OK. I have mine loaded onto google pay (wallet) on my android. Its not updated since the Man utd game. Tried all the things they recommend, still the same. I uninstalled and re-installed Google pay wallet and my season ticket was still there. I thought FFS!!! Low and behold when I opened it Leeds was there. This maybe why some times it don't work. It's not updating with the latest game as wallet is hung. To check click on the ST and see if you have a QR code under show code. If show code is not there click details and see what game you have loaded, it should be leeds. If anyone wants help post on here.

The QR code is at the bottom (show code) the game is under that in details. The issue is not just the QR code its that the wrong game is shown. Just had a message from the club saying that lots of people have reported problems with androids pre game and getting in.

All 3 of my tickets still say the Wolves game. I have androids. Anyone else got this problem..........Again. I've also tried removing google wallet no change and down loading from the Palace app and website. It now says connection timeout.

I phoned the box office and pretty quickly they just emailed me a pdf of the tickets, said they've been having some pretty hefty issues with it this week.

Just checked mine and it still has the Wolves ticket on it. You say you were trying to load the Southampton ticket. How do you do that ?
