I've just bought my first digital ticket - and put it in my Apple wallet which seems like a major achievement for someone of my age! However, I expected to see a QR code or something obvious that "communicates" with the reader at the turnstile...should there be anything obvious? Thanks to anyone who can help

I've just done that and it says Chelsea on October 1st. Our next game at home is against Man Utd on September 11th. The words brewery and p!ss up spring to mind with anything associated with Palace ticketing.

My QR code is also assigned to the Chelsea game (same with my son’s ST). I’ve called the Box Office twice. First time they thought it was a one off error on our STs and they’d sort it. They didn’t. Called again and they revealed there’s actually a widespread issue where many ST QR codes are labelled for the Chelsea match. Looks like someone looked at the fixture list and didn’t notice the Man U match is next up! I recommend all ST holders chk their QR codes asap as they may well be showing Chelsea (and not work for Man U!)

An update. For Spurs game, toxic mix of old man, ticket in Apple wallet, and using the current turnstile reader for the first time. Got through as easily as a Spurs forward in the second half
