I do understand your motive for writing that Matov, I really do but it has rendered me such contempt for the MSM that it no longer really bothers me.

My guess would be a person identified as 'Muslim' whatever the skin colour but although it won't be reported I am guessing the secondary cause is that it is someone who probably does have some mental health problems, most definitely caused or exacerbated by a miserable life, most likely the result of their own failings, causing anger and lack of spiritual fulfillment which they are trying to salvage through perversion of ancient literature (or religion as some call it).

My primary assumption however is somewhat racist in that I am inclined to believe it has happened as a result of the good ol' US and A!! The greatest country in the world!! So great in fact that it is home to the extremes of military power, wealth, glamour, movie industry and of course lunatics on the extreme fringes of their society however we don't balance that in the equation for what constitutes 'the greatest country in the world'. Place is a circus. Happy to be disagreed with as always.

If it is a Muslim then they attempted to kill Rushdie because those are the rules. Hence why he usually has very good security around him. That simple. People try and make it all complex without actually understanding what the rules of Islam actually are.

To be fair, Islam is truly a very simple religion to adhere to. Makes all kinds of things very very clear. There are no nuances to it. Just the basic reality of what the punishments are for things such as apostasy, insulting their Prophet, Homosexuality and so on.

No. What you are doing is displaying programmed behaviour. Essentially you have been bombarded over the last 25 or so years with a constant drip-drip-drip of propaganda that LITERALLY the worst thing in the world to be is racist. Worse than anything else.

And when it comes to a religion like Islam, in which the majority of its followers are non-white, almost physically painful for you to criticise.

If this had been some fundamentalist Catholic, all ginger hair and freckles, then bang. Happy days. You are swamped with endorphins, proclaiming all sorts. Honestly, I do understand your angle (to some extent but I reject what you are proposing about my character, I'm saying this as nicely as possible, you don't know me beyond my often light-hearted posts and if anything I am more inclined to side with you than the other side of the spectrum but that just isn't my view here, it's not the basis or goal of my observation/2 cents at all. Hence, if you read my original post it was a slight dig at the often used phrase of a 'peaceful religion' which I consider a very typically left wing propaganda tactic to distract from reality and suppress any rational thought especially around this matter.

I fear that my response is futile and I note the irony of you telling me I'm programmed when I literally and quite candidly wrote about my contempt for mainstream media alongside the tone of your response. And thanks for the Catholic reference, as a son of two Irish catholic parents with a ginger brother despite my dark hair, I 5h!t you not, and more than one tattoo in honour of my heritage, I have been regaled with many stories of being refused accommodation, entry to boozers and being chased with knives by Teddy boys on the way home from work, so to find out I would be rushed with endorphins at any news affirming the prejudice on that front was a real eye opener for me. Thank a non-catholic God you were here to let me know. I'll have the Celtic cross, bands, Mayo, Carlow, Wexford, and Kerry tributes burned off my skin at the soonest possible time (yes I do have them all).

Either end of the spectrum, especially in the first world these days, for me always screams possible if not very close to a virgin, dissatisfied with their lack of achievement in life, angry at the world due to I'm guessing some sort of 'Vulnerable Narcissist' diagnosis, bullied at school or at least one if not a combination of these things or things of that ilk.

Doesn't matter for me if you want to murder on religious grounds, impose 'Sharia law', become hysterical at Trump or similar figures, centre conversations that don't warrant it around race (either way), tie yourself to a tree or block motorways in protest, endorse mass illegal immigration, change your name and pronouns, purge entire races/religions or whathaveyou, shout racist abuse at a football match, on a forum or anywhere else, cry about the 'patriarchy' in society and denounce men, blimey the list is endless... all sides of the same aforementioned coin to me and that qualify peoples as 'brainwashed'. I am inclined, not proclaiming it to be an absolute truth just a subjective assertion, to imagine the perpetrator can be far more aligned with these characteristics and therefore motives before any religious take. There seems to be an abundance of these in the States too and I would suggest it's a result of their culture, again on both sides of the spectrum. It's not impossible but if it turns out to be some ice cream with a successful business or high paying job with power, gorgeous wife, big house, flash car or cars, lovely kids, part of a local sports team, active social life, loving supportive family and social group etc etc I'll be highly shocked.
