Yea. A guy was on the ground motionless at least 2 minutes after the fact.

This Merc cut in, two cars in front of us. Then a load of blokes came running up and motioned for the police. They moved a van and blocked the Merc. About 10 blokes were around the Merc, some tipping it up and down angrily. This was around the Clock Tower on Norwood High St.

A police woman got the driver out and was in the process of nicking him when we did a u-turn back direction Croydon. Fairly near the Victory, a guy was on the pavement and not moving.

When I say it was a hit and run, that was the clear sense of what people were shouting about, but I did not personally see the incident. But the driver of the car was being blamed for what befell the guy on the pavement.

I really hope he's made a good recovery.
