Someone please tell me what credentials he has to be Mayor, regardless of whether he is a Palace fan. If Pelling hadn't split the vote due to his own vanity I don't think Perry would have got in. 28 years on the Council. Never seen the outside world. Only ever worked in his dad's business. Sounds like he will be a massive change influencer...

She looked totally out of her depth trying to clear up the mess her predecessors left her.
