Croydon has been lost for ages. Financially under labour but for years it's been a loser. These London boroughs now under labour control wetsminster,Wandsworth and Barnet will show how inept labour are. The locals could have created a massive cock up for themselves by this. Good councils will now fail and they only have themselves to blame. All because a world issue of money and supply is being layed at the feet of hmg. if apathy caused it then regrets will show very soon.
