Had enough of Saturday games being moved to monday. And doing this at 3 weeks notice is an affront to supporters who go to games. People who work have to get home (in my case collect Kids) and get across london. People who work shifts have already made changes. Its not right on the fans or the away fans. I suggest the fans teach Sky a lesson and dont go.. anyone agree?
4 playoff finals, Claridge, Hopkin, Shipperley, Phillips.... Life's never dull! |

Obviously boycotting not going to happen but agree with your sentiment. Three games in a short space of time on a Monday night. Means three games I can’t use my season ticket for which is highly irritating

Just had to rearrange my back-flight, extend my stay in Croydon and haven't even asked my boss for the extra days off yet! Pi$$ed off!! Sorry that I'm not joining in the boycott because this would make my itinerary even more laughable! BTW, does anybody has a good idea for a game on Saturday 23.4? Thinking about going to see Pompey play Gillingham in case tickets go to general sale .... Have never been at Fratton park.

I do agree in principle. The brutal reality is, who is funding the club? Is it season ticket sales, or the television rights? I suspect the balance of power is with Sky TV. It's them who fund the wages and purchases of the players we want to watch. It's why 11 of the world's 20 richest clubs are English. That's just my humble opinion, and I hope I'm wrong. But while the HF and the Selhurst atmosphere come across well on TV, when it really comes to it, they don't give a s*** when there are Arsenal 'fans' in Singapore etc eager to watch their favourite Fifa 22 players play 'live'.

I may well not go, I’ll decide on the day, but it won’t be a boycott, it’ll be because I just simply won’t want to go. Boycotts are pointless anyway, you’re just cutting of your nose to spite your face, sky won’t give a fcuk.

Agree in principle, its getting a bit ridiculous. But wont be boycotting, as it wont make a blind bit of difference and I love watching my team. Sky couldn't care less if the ground is half full, it wouldn't achieve anything

Can't get together to the match, don't get home to Newbury until 01.00 after these Monday matches and have a 05.00 start the following day. Does anyone know how I can transfer my digital season ticket to another season ticket holder for this match. Any help appreciated.

What you say is true. That is why clubs survived a whole season plus without supporters in the ground. However, there is no reason why some consideration cannot be given to fans so that a club doesn't get three 8pm Monday night kick offs on the trot. Also, some thought toward travelling supporters. And, to rearrange kick-off time after tickets have gone on sale, is completely unacceptable. I have a near 100 mile round trip to games and will be in two minds as to whether to attend.
