I am not very good with computers and mostly use my PC for reading and adding comments on Holmesdale Onlinebut the Ticketmaster was very frustrating. You order the tickets and it then allows you to pay your basket except it doesn't tell you that if your are sitting with your mate you have to assign his/her membership number before it will close the deal.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

I had to get 5 tickets and I timed-out because of the verification that needs to be done now when buying online. By the time I got back in I had lost where I wanted to sit, so got them in the next block along.

It was so much easier when I queued for Wembley tickets outside Selhurst in 1990.

That’s exactly what we said, more fun as well. Coming back from the first game and straight in the queue for replay tickets!! Probably wouldn’t have been so much fun if it had pissed down with rain, but those were the days

I remember the 1990 queue well - i got there early around 7.30 but was still queing around mid afternoon. I was due to play cricket and can't remember if i pulled out or turned up late. Surely ticket master was no where near that bad? I get though you did not get to shake hands with Ron Noades!!

I remember queing in the Sainsburys car park in 1990. Got there 3 or 4am with 2 mates and we got served around 11am...and we were season ticket holders!

I went and bought gold memberships to avoid queuing. And blow me, we won the prize draw so it cost us nowt.

Did the queuing bit was very amusing especially for the replay, didnt have mobile phones then to entertain, seemed to recall a few cans were consumed, went sick for work as well!

Sometimes I set out for Ludlow
Sometimes I end up in Chepstow

When you register with Ticketmaster (which you have to do before you can buy tickets), you can then add your friends and family. It asks for their surname and Palace client reference number.

When you then go to buy the tickets it asks you how many you want. You then have to assign each ticket to one of your f&f.

Bought a few more today for Palace pals but it appears TM and Wembley are in serious rip-off mode. £65 for the same category seat that I paid £30 for last week!
