Can anyone advise who I should contact ( with contact details) concerning a complaint about my s/t seat. I sit in block J and my seat is always wet due to rain running down the wall and dripping from above. This has been the case for sometime but yesterday I could not sit down and my feet were awash. Bearing in mind the seat behind is usually occupied by a young lad with Downs Syndrome, his seat was also totally under water ( luckily he was not there). Any advice gratefully received Edited by Spiderman (20 Feb 2022 5.39pm) Edited by Spiderman (20 Feb 2022 5.39pm) Attachment: 181C2617-13D1-41D1-B700-010E6362EF1C.jpeg (1,931.03Kb)

I think I'd ask the Box Office, I usually find them helpful enough.

If that was my seat. I would have taken a picture of it long ago and sent it to Steve Parish.
