They are enjoying a good run, finally, and this could prove to be a difficult fixture.

Still inclined to go for a narrow 2-1 away win for us.

It's the 23rd game of the season and we really need to add to our tally of five wins.

2-1 to Palace said without too much confidence.

I predict we will move the ball very slowly, with the odd pass through the lines rewarded by someone putting their foot on the ball and passing it backwards again.

I predict we will give Norwich plenty of time to drop off, organise and get in shape when we get the ball - and start moving it slowly.

I predict we will struggle to defend set pieces and probably give away a first half goal.

I predict we will play better in the 2nd half, more positive because we are chasing the game, and will bring Benteke off the bench in the mistaken belief that he is a top striker. Might nick an equaliser.

I cannot see us winning this one I am afraid.

A bit downbeat in here for a game we should surely be hopeful of winning. They might give us problems but for me I'll go with a 2-1 Palace win.

I think PV has got to be brave and start with Olise and not Ayew, Hughes and Andersen back in, Wilf?

Could be a different beast to the team that we rolled over at Selhurst earlier with them in good form, 4 wins from 5. Hoping for a win but think it will be a draw, 1-1.

Feel we are a top 10 side this season and really should take care of a below average premier outfit so 0-2 or 1-3 if we give away our normal set piece disaster

Not confident of getting anything from this or the next match. We haven’t looked that good in recent times with the midfield being weak. Especially with Schlupp in the middle. Gallagher also not playing as good as he was as well? Needs Kouyate back and Gallagher and Hughes alongside. And Macca back soon hopefully? Was expecting to see Zaha against Hartlepool but wasn’t in the squad? With Norwich picking up, I’m expecting a 2.0 defeat. Hope I’m wrong and we get a win as we could get pulled down the table with new managers in for those below us :-(

This has the look of a typical Palace 'banana skin' game about it. I fear we will struggle to get going and will suffer as a result.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Definitely need to up our game. 4 BIG fixtures this month. Unlikely but if we win all those we are close to safe, and can then throw everything at the FA cup.

As a few have mentioned midfield isn’t quite working as well as it has been. Connor has had a few quiet performances by his standards (he would be out of the team at Chelsea).

Zaha should be back….not sure why Zaha wasn’t ready and yet Cornet started for Burnley.

Why should he walk back into the team? His recent performances have not been good so he should earn the right. It might help his poor attitude to sit a couple of games out.

For me this is definitely a must win match. We are slipping down the table and Norwich are a team that, a few weeks ago, most of us would have expected us to beat easily.

Certainly Dean Smith's team have shown an improvement recently with wins over Everton and Watford in the league and knocking Wolves out of the Cup on Saturday, but, with a strong squad available we have the talent to win on Wednesday...... narrowly.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.
