I am considering driving to the Lamex with my young son and haven't been to a Brighton game since the Goldstone ground.
Where would be a good place to park, even a short train or bus ride away?

How old is your young son - it's a Friday night 8 o'clock kick off and there's been previous.

I went to the Amex when we beat them 3-1 in September 2011 and even as an off duty copper myself that day I swore to myself I would never go there again as we were treated so disgustingly by Sussex Old Bill and I even took a case through the civil court at how they treated us and was successful...

However I feel I'm ready 10 years down the line to return!!

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

From London, Drive down the M23/A23, at the first roundabout turn right and you'll be at Mill Road Park & Ride. The parking is free, as is the regular shuttle buses that'll take you straight to the stadium.

There are other Park & Rides, which are also free of charge.

Your match ticket covers the cost of the Park & Rides.

If going by train, your match ticket also covers free travel on trains and buses to Falmer from Haywards Heath, Worthing, Eastbourne and Seaford. So, if travelling by train from, say, East Croydon, just buy a ticket to Haywards Heath.
