I think fourth place is up for grabs this season, there is no obvious candidate for forth, and apart from major injuries i see no team better than us apart from the top 3

If 4 of our draws had been the wins we’d deserved, we’d be there already. But sadly we’re going to let to many goals in, which is fine by me, because at least we’re attacking again and scoring goals, so wherever we finish, even if it’s still in the bottom half, at least it’s enjoyable

The teams above us we have beaten or should have beaten, apart from the top three, with more games together defensively we will improve and maybe a few out in Jan, and maybe a loan or two in, I am feeling confident we will be at least top six

Both Man U and Spurs will improve.. unfortunately Ole has gone and they have now employed someone that knows what to do, the same with Spurs, although still poor, Conte will slash and burn the chaff from the team.

West Ham .. going strong even with being in Europe.

If we manage top 8 that will be a great season, top ten would be more than happy given the last few years.

To finish fourth, we need to learn to defend and to win games.

We should go forth and come fourth.

To be honest I don't really care where we finish as long as its not bottom 3. I'm enjoying watching us play again after 3.5 seasons of anti-football.

To do this we would have to make up the 7 points gap between us and the team currently in 4th place. This would mean us winning and the other teams dropping points. Currently we have won 3 games and drawn 7 out of 12 played. On form so far this season 4th place seems unlikely.
I for one would be more than happy if in our first season under PV we could better any previous finish and end up around 8th; this would signal a steady progression not acheived previously.

It is highly doubtful that we will finish in the top six.
Our squad is very flimsy, and we cannot afford to lose key players.

I'd say tenth would be a brilliant finish given the turn around the club has had and the quality of opposition this season. Bookmakers had us going down.

Successful season for me would be a top half finish, win more games than we lose, positive goal difference.
