Yet another MP found guilty. In her case I doubt she will get more than a year which means a recall election. By the time she has strung this out with appeals and then the recall election it will be at least another year at the taxpayers expense. PS she replaced "Jim the washing machine salesman" Keith Vaz. I think the good people of Leicester need to think a bit more about who they vote for. Edited by Badger11 (13 Oct 2021 6.20pm)

Labour MP Claudia Webbe is 'vague, incoherent, illogical and untruthful and 'made up evidence on the spot'. Johnson can only be jealous, now he is not the only one.....

Must come as a bit of a shock to you Having Corbyn and McDonnell as character witnesses probably didn’t help her case Edited by Spiderman (13 Oct 2021 7.12pm)

Her brief said her threat to throw acid in the other woman's face was taken out of context. Amazing how other comments people make in their life get them cancelled, sacked and potless.

I'm racking my brains to find ANY context in which a threat to throw acid in someone's face would be an acceptable threat

Is this the calibre of person that playing race politics allows? Is this really Britain now? God help us. When I was a kid, throwing acid in someone's face only happened in the Phantom of the Opera.

Webbe was parachuted in by Corbyn much against the wishes of the local Leicester East Labour party. Edited by HKOwen (13 Oct 2021 11.51pm)
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

'Claudia is a person who is very committed to ensuring justice is done...' (J Corbyn). Until justice IS done, when she duly announces that the court got it wrong!
