Loyalty points disappearing!

Might be worth people checking their loyalty points total as people on the BBS are reporting that between 500-1000 points are magically disappearing from their accounts.

Yes, lost 1,000 too - seems like everyone has but no explanation. Also no points have been collectable at the opening home games, so how will away tickets be allocated if no one can collect Loyalty Points?

Yep I've gone from having 3450 to now having 20??? God knows what's going on!!

I did notice, that where your points total is on your account, it does state, that if you haven't got a membership or aren't a ST Holder, your points total will/could show '0' Make of that what you will.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

On the home section shows 8500 & the ticket section 7500 so same 1000 missing!

Given the amount of unrest caused by the mobile season ticket issue which hopefully will soon be at a level where it can be considered as - working - maybe the club will revisit this whole loyalty points issue & maybe come up with a workable, transparent plan where people can see exactly where their loyalty points come from (including concourse purchases) & their ongoing balances & how they can be utilised - a loyalty points "Menu" if you like- Maybe I am daft but I for one have never been clear on what points I have, what points I need & what they could get me if I chose to redeem them - it cant be that difficult, airlines have been doing it with air miles (& supermarkets etc) for years.
