Just found this. Poor responses by Club imo. The response regarding Terry Long is nothing short of outrageous

It would seem that The Trust is not considered part of CPFC's current Agenda

Not suprising really seeing as the club postponed at least twice. I 'borrowed' the bit about food & drink & posted it on the 'catering options' thread y/day.

Seems to me, unless if you have money(lots of) or in the HF, the club are not bothered. Corperate is the the new king, RIP the ordinary fan.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

My partner, my son and daughter and I, decided to book the 2010 Club for the Brentford game using the monies we had refunded to us from last years season tickets.

Price was £360pp including VAT.

To say it wasn't value for money is an understatement. I wrote to the club detailing the issues that we had. To be fair, the response acknowledged that the offering was substandard and I was offered a discount should I book again - which I won't be.

So if they are more focused on Corporate rather than the ordinary fan, they need to up their game considerably.

I keep reading that the chairman is also a fan but I do wonder at times

Very true ME, but, he doesn't have to try & download his match day ticket to his phone just to get in the ground, nor does he have to eat in any of the 'fans' outlets, nor does he have to queue up in the 'Arfur' just to have a slash.

I would hope that the club reconsider how they treat the trust.

Terry Long made over 400 appearances for the club and deserved
more of a passing mention.

The " Johnny Byrne Lounge " was apparently changed into a
broom cupboard by the present administration.

Typical examples of the current indifference by the current
owners and management to the clubs history

Perhaps none of us remember Peter Simpson or Albert Harry but even
they would not be treated in this way by true Palace fans.

I seem to remember Peter Simpsons family were appalled at the lack of recognition by the Club. He and Terry Long deserve recognition. I have supported Palace for 60 years but I am ashamed as to the lack of recognition shown to those that have helped the Club to become what we are today

The club hardly give a s*** about the fans. Hence the situation where they asked fans to renew season tickets to keep seats during a pandemic when we couldn't go, and only drip feed part refunds every few months when we actually had to navigate complicated website accounts to claim the money back. Or else they'd keep it for 'the academy' (ie for themselves)

Truth be told they would rather have all U23 home games behind closed doors on midweek afternoons, rather than actually have the inconvenience of facilitating fan attendance at Selhurst

The way the box office has operated all season, with tickets being sent out really late says it all, we are an afterthought.
