'diversity' spaces reserved for LGBT drivers or migrants.

According to this news article.

Well previously we have seen :

Disability spaces....cos those people have mobility problems and need to be close to the elevators/cash til/whatever

Mother & Child spaces.......cos its a handful managing prams, toddlers & shopping, plus the added safety risk of kids wandering the length of a huge car park.

Electric battery spaces.....cos ....its obvious.

'set down only' spaces........cos not every car is stopping, especially at airports

LGBT & Migrant spaces............cos.....the World has gone mad ?

Could a British man living into Frankfurt be classed as a migrant and park here ?

What if a LGBT person was arguing with a migrant for a parking space ?

Are the vehicle ownership statistics, travel to work statistic s or other parking needs for these groups significantly different to the rest of the population ?

what about elderly vehicle users ? The neurodiverse ? People with Type II diabetes ? or asthmatics ?

How do you enforce this new rule ? prove you are Gay ?

Protected characteristics.

First it was tolerance then it was mandated.

the trades need our own reserved spaces.
its an absolute nightmare having to schlepp ones painting kit several roads away from the punters house to their gaff.

i saw an interview with an ex lorry driver. He says the UK treats them like crap. Especially compared with other countries. Parking, Loading Bays, Height barriers etc etc.

Hence he left the career and works at something else now. Not sure as to his LGBT OR Migrant opinions.

I'd be prepared to wear a pair of pink trousers if it meant I could park.

i wear them all the time meself. Great for road safety.

And regarding those other parking spots ? the private places where people meet ? for certain recreational activities at night.

Can we also have some designated parking for boring old gits to do the Times crossword ?

Overkill, but then if its LGBTQ+ then it's totally unenforceable. A parking warden couldn't dispute what your sexuality or ethnic origin is if you told them you weren't straight. I wouldn't be surprised if nearly asking someone that question would be illegal.

It's simply a gimmick and not worth getting worked up about.

Just another chance for unsuccessful straight white men to claim they are hard done by.

On February 19 2020, a extreme-right gunman took to the streets of Hanau and opened fire on two shisha lounges in the city centre, killing 11 people - nine of whom had ethnic roots outside of Germany - and wounding five others.

Burried in the last paragraph.

The second link was so badly written it looked like was made up by a primary school kid for a project.

Some people of privilege view equality as oppression!

I wouldn't say they are privileged. There must be some kind of mental illness to be as paranoid as they all are to think anyone slightly different is a threat.

They seem to post any story, no matter how minor, on here to try and prove that are a victim. Tragic really.

The issue is that, as well as being boring, it reflects badly on the clubs fanbase.

They seem to throw a hissy fit everytime they are called up though. Always funny.

In that attack the far-right terrorist shot his own mother before turning the gun on himself.

The car park spaces can also be used by anyone who does not consider themself safe.

I admire the honesty about such matters. Society does wish to give preferential treatment to homosexuals and migrants. That much is clear. All I ever ask is for honesty and transparency around that. People need to be aware of the what is happening and then decide if they are willing to comply or resist.

More of this please.
