Entry to home game this weekend

Other than a confusing email that seemed to be a repeat of the Brentford game email, how do I get in as a season ticket holder this weekend and additionally, I want to upgrade my son's season ticket to an adult - what is the process in the New World? Been very busy work-wise so may have missed updates on this, apologies if this is common knowledge.

OK. You go to the Palace app and sign in, go to tickets, access fan wallet and your season ticket should be there. For me I clicked on it and then clicked on GPay. Go to Google Pay and the ticket is there, seems to be one for the season not individual matches. I hope that you can screen grab the QR code to lend your ticket to someone else if you can't go.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

If you are using an android phone make sure that you have Google Chrome set as your default browser (and not like me Samsung internet. You should then be able to download your ST to Google Pay. If that doesn't work try the second option on the email from the club. I used that option and it worked fine.

It all worked for me as far as clicking Google Pay - this option didn't appear, so I am stuck.
