I am looking for a new washing machine and seen some on the Currys eBay clearance site, just wondering if anyone has bought anything from there? some of the goods have small scratches or slight dents or incomplete packaging which have been returned by customers and they can't sell instore.

Has anyone had a good deal? or would you not take a risk?

I wouldn't touch anything from this company new so no way touch b-grade.

It's worth paying extra for better service

You tried that ao site? See their vans about, worth a look at their prices online.

AO are good.
Had a fridge freezer couple years ago.
First one was dented, they changed it next day (sunday). No extra cost or issues.
Just about to order a dishwasher so hope all in good condition.

I bought brand new from Curry's lots of times and also AO no problem with either.

I haven't seen this clearance sale on Ebay I assume Currys are saying these products work but are just scratched or dented in which case they should be fine if you can put up with that.

Products must be fit for purpose so okay to sell a washing machine with a scratch, as long as you know, not okay to sell said machine if the drum doesn't move unless machine is sold for spare parts in which case they must tell you.

Might be worth buying the extended warranty, normally £5 per month.

If ypu can wait another month I have an LG washing machine bought earlier this year, which I need to dispose of,because I am moving. It is a very good machine and came close to refusing our new home as there is no place for it there. Let me know if you are interested
