Help with BT Sport

Spiderman Flag Horsham 25 Aug 21 11.10am Send a Private Message to Spiderman Add Spiderman as a friend

Have had BT Soort for years. I have recently had the attached message appear on the screen. The VC086 does not seem to be mentioned on the help page. Has anyone else had this problem? Any idea how I may fix it? Many thanks

I googled the error message & this came up -
Hope it helps.

Re: VC086 error watching BT Sport on MacBook
Hi that error normally means your browser is blocking the BT Sport cookies needed to view the stream.

On your computer, open Chrome
At the top right, click More (3 dots)
Click Settings, then Privacy and Security
Select Cookies and other site data
Select Allow all cookies
Let me know if this helps?
