Little barstewards.
Got bit twice on my ankle on Monday. Limping Up to A and E today for four hours. Now on big anti biotics for a week.
Apparently if it doesn't start to get better in a couple of days or I get tracking up the leg I go back to go on a drip.
Not just covid which is tiny and can f you up.
Be careful out there.

There do seem to be a lot about this year. Garden's full of 'em. Little ant hills everywhere.

Sorry you've been bitten cryrst, but sure you'll be right as ninepence in no time.

Frankly, I blame the Chinese. First Covid, then ants. Gawd knows what they'll try next.

 

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Ha ha. Dig down into the nest and poor boiling water in the hole. If you kill the queen the nest dies.
Horrible but effective. I saw it on TV the other week.
Clearly I was too nice to do it but now my leccy bill is going to go through the roof with my kettle on so much. Thanks for the good wishes POG

So do I.
My boy is taking my nephew on my ST today as I can't even get a trainer on my foot and still limping.
1st game in nearly 2 years and an ant has stopped me going. Ffs. COYP.
I will add that this may be exceptional and I am on immunosuppressive medication for RA so it could just be bad luck.

Little buggers got me too, I made the terrible mistake of standing still on grass for 3 seconds and got swarmed...

The little sods have an air force as well, another summer like this one and we might have to surrender...
