This post has been merged from a topic called 'John Textot, 4th new Director' by Penge Eagle So, finally unveiled via club website, as the 'hologram' guy, who has invested heavily(& seems to be the finance behind our transfer business this window), will become the 4th joint owner of the club & a Director Welcome JT & hope your tenure is a happy one.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Textor's involvement and investment in our club is very positive news. It explains a lot of the new energy and excitement swirling around our club. In addition to his financial input he also brings solid corporate experience which Mr Parish will relish I'm sure.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'John Textot, 4th new Director' by Penge Eagle An interesting question; if I recall it was 18% x 3 with a large number of minority interests. Do you have any info on how the deal has been structured? I would be surprised if there has been a dilution of any of the three main shareholders.

More than the others and a large percentage of the club’s worth, although I expect much of it is loans, due to FFP, and wanting your money back, ideally.
