Car Parking Fine

After a bit of advice. My Daughter has just recieved a parking fine from the Home bargins Car Park Edenbridge. The time limit is 90mins + 10mins grace The Camera pick her up entering and Leaving. Which was 101.42mins. I would like to challenge this as she was obviously not parked for the allowed limit as she had to find a space and then had to wait to get out onto the main road. Has anyone challenged one before on the same grounds. I ride a GS scooter with my hair cut neat I wear my war time coat in the wind and sleet.

You might have a problem here. They will probably argue that the 10 mins grace is to allow time for finding a space and getting out. Does sound a bit petty though, doesn’t it.

I think you might be right though the grace period could be to allow you to pay at the checkout?
