He was quality when we had him. Got in the England team and single handedly ripped Germany apart. He's still young and played some of his best football for Palace and I think he would be available if we put in a decent enough bid in for him. Would you have him back?

I think he combined really well with Wilf... I’m sure he would be happy if we signed him... played brilliantly in the Bournemouth match....

No. Not the same after his injury and on £150k a week. Similar to the purchase of Sakho, was good, then spent most of his time injured. We arent shopping for big money players.
