Oh my god, look at what the Democrats have done to California. The state looks like it's on a spiral downwards. While Texas and Florida are on the spiral up.

Yup Companies are moving out because it is too expensive for them to do business and too expensive for their employees to live there. Texas is the state that is taking advantage of this. Edited by Badger11 (08 Jun 2021 10.07am)

Financially my understanding is that it has been in trouble for a while. And a lot of decent people in parts of it who cannot afford to just up sticks and move on. And whilst it is good for Texas and Florida, it still brings with it problems in that the kind of people moving are also likely to infect those places with the sick progressive thinking that is destroying California.

It'll be interesting, I've made my predictions previously on how I think it's going to go. The GOP have to know that unless they do something demographics will turn states like Texas and Florida blue with no chance of flipping back......Not to anything like present day Republicanism anyway. It's like the elephant in the room that the GOP just can't admit to themselves.....probably because that cheque book stops from donors if they did. I for one am watching it all quite closely.
