Does anyone know how I find out how many loyalty points I've got using the new ticketing system that's been installed this season? It used to be easy to find out how many I'd got using the old system and also what purchases I'd made to get them but I can't find any reference to them at all on the new system. I can't remember how many I'd got from a year ago and it would be very useful to know as they're going to be used to decide when supporters can buy tickets for the Arsenal game. If I'd known they were going to disappear from the system I'd have written down how many I'd got! Thank you for your help. Fernside Eagle

I have been trying to find out for months, without success. It does not seem that I have received any since last April. BO keep saying will be a available shortly!! Perhaps someone on Twitter can send a question?

Thanks for the input Spiderman. It's helpful to know it's not just me doing something wrong! I've e-mailed the box office about it and I'll post what they come back with (if anything!) Fernside Eagle

Interested to know what you are told After reading this, id thought id enquire my totals etc. Nikki from CS emailed me back & confirmed they are having a problem(again), she did give me my points total. She said that they have had to remove totals etc because it was giving out wrong info both for & against. Hope this helps for now.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

I finally found my points total yesterday,There's a drop down menu, then you'll see it on your profile. Good luck all
