surely the measure of a great manager is the ability to prevent the team from ever suffering a 'slump in form' ?

and yet, traffic accidents happen, relationships suffer a difficult-patch, employees get fired and sh1t happens.

If you were a manager , how would you prevent the whole team going on a losing streak ? It seems to happen a lot.

Just go out and enjoy yourselves lads.

Piece o' cake.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.
