No, called one law for some and another for friends of Boris. There was no need to override standard income tax law for a bunch of people who purposely moved out of the uk to an ultra low tax regime. Plenty of other ways to skin that cat

Johnson, is and always has been, a political chancer without clearly formed views/policy positions on most things. By nature he is a journalist and those are his instincts - look at his sudden interest in the Super League; he saw political advantage to be gained.
Likewise, look at what has unfolded re the situation in NI and it's split from the rest of GB - he had absolutely no concern about selling the people of NI down the river for his own political ends just like his sudden conversion to the Brexit cause.
Cummings knows everything there is to know about him and I suspect what he says is fundamentally true. What is also incredible is the influence of his girl friend - elected by nobody!
