Townsend drops to the bench for Zaha, kind of surprised Eze wasn't the one. Once again not much cover in the central midfield (yes, I know Kouyate can move up).

Would rather we put out a more defensive 11. Townsend had done a good job defensively in recent matches and would rather see him and Schlupp playing in place of Eze and Ayew. Hopefully I’m wrong and we will defend great and our forward play will give us the goals? This starting 11 and the lack of support for our back four worries me :-(

I presume this is a classic Roy, with our best winger up front and our best striker (potentially at least) out wide? Still, an attacking team. Would expect Schlupp to get game time for Eze or Ayew in the second half, and potentially Mateta for Benteke?

let's get some crosses in early doors for Benteke, make their defence work. Would like to see Mateta come on for 30 mins too.
