The wokes have won and Piers resigns. Lineker tweets support for him and gets hit with venom.

Possibly even sacked. But don't worry, the phone hacker will probably end up on GB News channel with Andrew Neil.

Don’t like him but he’s reading their BS right. Even the BBS aren’t buying their bollox. When you get many people you’d expect to back her up and they aren’t, it’s a pretty good indicator that something’s amiss with their account. Sorry, their truth. More like her perspective or delusion. Simpletons on social media calling Piers Morgan racist sums them up. Irrational idiots. Last year Piers Morgan was praising his son for going on BLM protests during lockdown and prepared to take criticism and abuse for it. Now he’s an evil racist, something something Meghan Markle, she’s so perfect you can’t whatever. Rubbish. The story has many holes in it. Let Andrew Neill interview them.

The best analysis I've heard on Piers Morgan, from a dissentient right perspective, is here.
'Who are you and how did you get in here? I'm a locksmith. And, I'm a locksmith.' (Leslie Nielsen) |

I’ve wondered how much he believes what he bellows on tv. Does he really believe all or any of his Covid opinions on tv? There’s often been evidence and data to disprove him but it doesn’t get a chance on tv because it doesn’t fit the government’s message and in their memo it clearly says the media use must be maximised. So therefore has he just chosen more of the government stance because it’s safer and because it can happen easier than changing direction, plus it appeals to Labour and other left leaning voters. He’s certainly savvy, as you’d expect, but a right Cvnt as well, including all the immoral and illegal stuff he’s done in the past. I like his show where a celebrity or former sportsperson shares all though. He does those well. Or was he bellowing to close the country completely before anyone else in Europe and when Boris wanted herd immunity?

Morgan is rude, overly narcissistic and loud mouthed. I'd say his views are similar to that of a Daily Mail version of a libertarian 80s lefty, which you don't see much on public TV these days....well pretty much it's only him. However, due to the rigid progressive group think that the mainstream deem essential on TV even that's heresy and even his large ratings couldn't save him this time. Though no doubt he has upcoming offers. Edited by Stirlingsays (10 Mar 2021 1.38am)

A two hour interview (which I didn't watch) but all of attention was on one line about how dark her son would be with that consummate actress Oprah waiting until the camera was on her before pausing for effect and sighing "what" Even Thomas Markle said that it was probably just a dumb throwaway comment by someone who hadn't put his brain in gear but the media aren't reporting that to quite the same extent.

Re Oprah why was she at the Wedding (the one which, cost the tax payer £32m) when she hardly knew Megan at the time? One of life’s mysteries!
