Roy Greenslade, favourite journalist of the left, long time writer for the Guardian and great pal of Alistair Campbell, has now admitted that he actively supported the IRA’s terror campaign during the troubles. Will he be ‘cancelled’ and vilified or is that only applicable to people that suggest that there are such things as men and women?

The left will say that he was radicalised, and is in fact the victim. Boris will revoke his citizenship while he's on holiday hopefully.

UK free to make trade deals with genocidal regimes after Commons vote. Brings some context. He was just a journalist, we have a government that does business with genocidal regimes.

Sorry to say this about a fellow Palace fan, but every comment you make - on this and other threads - announces and screams "t***" and politics of envy. You seem to be both very challenged and (by this forum) unchallenged. You got the negatives?

Masquerading as a caring lefty whilst cheering on men, women and children getting blown to pieces and you try to deflect it by going on about some Brexit trade deal. Well, what should we expect from a fellow ‘caring’ lefty.

Well, what should we expect from a fellow ‘caring’ lefty. At the time Greenslade and the Guardian publicly rubbished an IRA rape victim funny how the usual suspects aren't doing a #MeToo on that. Another journalist pointed a finger at Greenslade about his pro IRA sympathies and the Guardian (Rushbridge) editor tried to publicly destroy his reputation it now seems that journalist was right all along. Rushbridge has now issued a weasel words condemnation of Greenslade but has not apologised to those people he attacked through the Guardian for telling the truth. Greenslade deserves every bit of condemnation as even most Guardian readers don't support terrorism. he didn't have the courage of his convictions until he retired.

My only single issue with the man is that he took so long to come out in the open with it. That is the cowardice I loathe. In terms of his support for the IRA then that is his right. If he played an active part in supporting them directly then he is a criminal and should be treated as such but merely supporting their actions? Well within the boundaries of freedom of speech.

The actual thing is here though that it's typical left wing intelligentsia/ academia supporting what they see as a Marxist struggle. Such base lies don't even deserve an answer from me or anyone else. Sinn Fein still come out with this rubbish now. I literally hear it every say. The obvious problem here is him trying to silence a woman who was raped and repeatedly abused by the IRA and actively silencing her in the press. He may as well ignore Muslim grooming gangs too - which the Guardian does. This is not OK and I hope some ex forces member meets him and gives him a little bit of troubles justice for his trouble.

The likes of Greenslade support anything that is anti-British. Their allegiance is to the likes of the IRA and Hamas, along with unquestioning support of the EU and being apologists for such failing states as Venezuela, Cuba and South Africa. They do all this while occupying privileged positions is the establishment of the country that they do their best to undermine – they are indeed ‘the enemy within’.
