So, any idea of if those that have been omitted from the ballot will get some kind of preference once lifted? Im actually moving to tier 2 Sussex imminently, but of course tiers can change. Saw on Sunday what looked like a couple of tourists filming our goal and not exactly celebrating too hard, which as a ST holder of 8 years did get me somewhat annoyed. Any clues? Cheers folks

Money talks mate. Tourists been getting into Palace ever since we’ve been back in the premiership. Annoys me too when mates of mine often can’t get seats

Similar to what I discovered while shopping, A Palace fan who I chat to in my local Tesco told me he was offered a ticket as a gold member!

I've got 7k and been a season ticket holder for 8 years & although am happy for those others with more points to be put in 1st to have members at the Spurs game was a total piss take!

For 3 weeks now I agave been trying to get our loyalty points updated. We have not been credited for our season tickets and I bought my son gold membership as well, so he can watch U23 games. I have also purchased from shop. Very helpful lady from customer service has been trying to get box office to contact me, no luck. She has now been told that, some customers have not had loyalty points added this year due to glitch in system. She has asked if these can be manually added. This will take us over 4000 not great but... anyone else had similar?

Oh yes, last season, went to club shop on a whim, decided to buy a fair amount, got to tills with 1 person serving & doing the printing, answering Q?s etc, got told that coz i didnt have my ST card phyisically with me, the wouldnt credit my account with my points, i left goods at the till & walked out.

Got a really snotty email from the shop later in the day, ignored it.

I am getting a bit p***ed off with this. Why can they not just add my loyalty points. If crowds return and we have a cup run, why should I possibly miss out?

I can sympathise. I had a reduced total when they switched systems around time they were refunding last season's matches but multiple mails to box office were fobbed off about priorities being refund processing then it was new season tickets etc etc.

After no action I finally contacted Customer.Service@cpfc.co.uk as below and got same day reply/action from a really helpful Nikki. Good luck with yours.

------
Afraid I have a complaint about loyalty point recording which to date hasn’t been given attention promised.

Background is my client ref xxxxxx and also my son’s xxxxxx both showed reduced totals around the time ticketing system was reported changing earlier in summer. I didn’t have record of exact previous total but on face of it last season’s season ticket totals of 500 points each had disappeared. I reported this to box office at the time and was advised this would be looked at after refund process priorities. Fair enough.

When nothing changed I contacted again only to be told this would be looked at after new season ticket sales.

When I called in to box office in person last week I was told this would be dealt with when manager returned next day and to keep an eye on my total.

Furthermore I purchased home shirt plus printing and patches on the visit last week and despite it being written on a notepad those points (70.99 spent) also haven’t appeared.

I fully appreciate there’s no immediate need or use for points accumulated but, as I said to box office, if and when time comes I don’t want to miss out on possible tickets because nothing is done or it’s done too late.

Please can this just be settled with the missing points being added back so they are there when needed. I assume problem is not limited to my family only so hopefully the missing points is a known issue you can resolve quickly.

Thanks in advance for your help.
