Hi everyone, just wanted to plug my novel, The Great Football Conspiracy. It's a humorous race-against-time thriller that I describe as 'The Da Vinci Code meets Fever Pitch.' A few Palace references throughout, although I've tried to resist going overboard! Full blurb below. Hope you enjoy it, a bit of light-hearted fun when so much about the game (and the world) is grim right now. Cheers, Jon Football fans always think that there is a conspiracy against their club... so what if they were right? On the first day of the new football season, disgraced ex-coach Frank Tuttle stumbles upon a global plot to corrupt the game and the ancient quest that he must take to stop it. Frank solves clues around London's stadia, delving deeper into a scandal that involves players, managers, FA employees and PR agencies, leading to a dark secret deep within Wembley. Can Frank defend his reputation, tackle his failing marriage, and save football – all before 3pm? Edited by LosEggos (02 Dec 2020 7.26pm)

Hope you’ve got a role for Ryan Reynolds now he’s a football fan.

If we're plugging our novels, I've just written an eBook called Do You Believe In The Afterlife? It's not a scientific debate but a novella of fiction (40,000 words) about a young man who should be dead but who isn't. It's available via all electronic platforms. Only a very mild football connection at the beginning, so don't get too excited. Have a look at the blurb on any electronic outlet (Amazon etc.)and make your own mind up whether to buy it. (I do have another novella as a work in progress that concentrates on a South London environment but that's for next year...)
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |

I found a copy of this on the used books shelves they have in Cannon Street station's ticket office a while back. Haven't read it yet, but the title makes me laugh:
